Natural Breast Enlargement Herbs that Work

breast-enlargement-herbsAfter meddling with all types of breast enlargement ingredients, I have narrowed down a list of herbs that my breasts responded to positively. These herbs have given me real hope that natural breast enlargement is possible without surgery. Other than giving a boon to my boobs, I have found these herbs to help ease PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and regulate my female hormone balance.

Pueraria Mirifica– Also known as Kudzu, is one of the most powerful breast enlargement herbs. Pueraria Mirifica is a Thai herb used by Thai women for enhancing and firming of breast tissue. Research have found that Kudzu’s active compounds of isoflavones, puerarin, daidzin, genistin, daidzein, and genistein display a high level of estrogenic activity. Genistein helps bind estradiol receptors which aid breast growth. Daidzein are anti-flammatory, antitumor and antileukemic as well. Extremely high in miroestrol, coumestrol, deoxymiroestrol- the richest source of isoflavones which is proven to have 3,000 times the estrogenic activity than soy.

Kudzu is a good source of iron, calcium and phosphorus. Traditionally used in eastern medicine to reduce alcoholism, menopausal problems, allergies, fever, migraines and for overall tonic for liver and cardiovascular health, kudzu is a great overall health supplement.

I have experienced amplified swelling and tenderness of my breast tissue with a Pueraria and a calcium supplement, even when I wasn’t menstruating. My breasts were swollen and heavy, that is when I know, Pueraria really works! I grew half a cup in less than a month with oral supplement of Pueraria. No doubt you can definitely see almost instant effects like I did with breast creams with Pueraria such as Breast Actives and Triactol.

Dioscorea villosaKnown to most as Wild Yam, is used by many to treat menopause and menstrual related dilemmas as contains saponins which are converted to progesterone and cortisone by the body. Wild Yam is a woman’s herb as it has β-Sitosterol-an anti-androgen. It also inhibits estrogen breakdown in the body. This North American indigenous tuberous plant have beneficial effects on endocrine and liver health. Wild Yam has a natural affinity with other breast enhancing herbs such as fenugreek and fennel to stimulate bust growth. Consumption of wild yam helps improve female sex drive as well.
I took wild yam pills for a while to relieve menstrual cramps but have found it to have a gentle stimulating effect on the breasts. While the growth effect was no where as prominent as Pueraria Mirifica, my breasts did feel much perkier and fuller than before.

Fenugreek– Fenugreek is used by many cultures as a herb to strengthen female sexuality and aid lactation in nursing mothers. Studies on fenugreek has shown to increase breast milk production. It is a naturally rich source of polysaccharide galactomannan. They are also a source of steroid-like compounds, saponins- yamogenin, tigogenin, diosgenin and neotigogenins. These phyto-estrogens in Fenugreek seeds mastogenically enlarges breast tissue. As an alkaloid, it reduces symptoms of type 1 and 2 diabetes and unhealthy cholesterol levels.

Ground fenugreek seeds can be conveniently added to curries to enhance flavors or drunk as tea such as Organic Mother’s Milk teabags. Seriously found of its scent which is pleasantly pungent celery-like scent, I found drinking fenugreek tea to be both convenient and effective in my a breast enlargement regime. Fenugreek useful in reducing insulin resistance. If you are a dessert-lover like me, that’s really good news.

Fennel– Akin to fennel’s bulbous appearance, fennel is a well-known female estrogen booster secondary only to Fenugreek. Dried fennel is an aromatic, anise-flavoured spice also used to flavor curries. Rich in phytoestrogens, fennel can promote breast tissue growth and induce sexual arousal in women. Fennel contains anethole in its volatile oil. Studies on animals have found that fennel’s anethole to greatly reduce inflammation and prevent cancer formation in cells. Fennel is a diuretic which can be used to treat hypertension, colic in babies and eye diseases such as glaucoma. It is used widely in India and Middle eastern countries as for flavoring foods and medicine.

The vegetable itself is high in vitamin C, potassium, manganese, folate and fiber which is very beneficial when eaten whole. My morning ritual involved cooking fennel and adding it a soy protein shake as a bust tonic. These days, I find cooking it to be a hassle and I don’t always appreciate a savory milkshake. Instead, I take Breast Active supplements which has 350mg of fennel and 400mg of fenugreek all in one pill.

Hops– Hops are female flowering clusters of hop variety called Humulus lupulus. It the main flavorant and stabilizer in the brewing process of beer. Female beer drinkers rejoyce! Hops contains flavonoids such as 8-prenylnaringenin type phytoestrogen which has proven 0.2-20% efficiency on human estrogen, estradiol. Other uses of hops are treatment of premature ejaculation as well as irritable bowel syndrome. Like fennel, it has diuretic properties which can help excess uric acid and water retention.

Hops isn’t good for people with depression nor for staying awake. Hops can cause excess drowsiness and should not be taken with prescriptive drugs.

I really like Hops in beer but I love Hops in my herbal tea mix! Drinking hops daily can really awaken bust growth but recommend you go easy on the beer. A beer belly really detracts from a big bosom don’t you think? I drink hops regularly but in tea form. So far I have seen considerable improvement after adding hops to my diet. Occasional bonding over beer with a couple of girlfriends can do everyone some good too- boob-wise.

Trifolium pratense (Red clover)- Red clover is a great overall tonic for women as it contains isoflavones, protects against osteoporosis, cancer of the breast, ovaries and lymphatic system. 100g Red clover houses ten times more isoflavones compared to soy. It is used to treat menopausal complaints such as hot flushes. Eating red clover can help purify blood and it is high in minerals calcium, chromium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C, niacin and thiamine. As anti-inflammatory and antibacterial herb, it soothe psoriasis and eczema.

Red clover is an active ingredient in many oral and topical breast enhancement products such as Breast Actives. I find that applying red clover directly on the breasts can help stimulate the breasts to grow. See the great results with the bust cream with red clover, I feel very much inclined to trying out red clover orally to see faster results.
